Cultural Class: Our cultural classes provide not only knowledge in the art of hula but also a solid foundation of it's language, customs and culture. Hula is a lifestyle, encompassing wellness of the physical body, strengthening the spirit and disciplining the mind - sharing all these experiences in a family or "ohana" environment.
*Hula is an art that only comes alive in those who truly wish to learn the essence of the Hawaiian culture. Students must learn to live the hula, until it becomes an art that directs your heart toward aloha spirit an art that you become.
Recreational Class: Dance has been used over centuries for social and recreational purposes in all cultures, but particularly in the South Pacific which is home to some of the most unique dance and movement styles in the world. In addition to giving an excellent cardio and toning workout, it's an opportunity to share a fun activity with others who have a love for hula.
